Ordering and Shipping:
- How do I place an order?
Add items to the shopping cart and complete the transaction with one of the many payment processors available.
- What payment methods do you accept?

- How long does it take to process and ship orders?
1-2 days for shipping and handling.
- Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.
- What is your shipping policy regarding tracking and insurance?
We use USPS Advantage with tracking and insurance.
Product Information:
- How do you grade your cards?
We use PSA only for all grading. We possibly sell cards graded from other companies. We usually buy graded cards and many come from different companies.
- Are the images on your website of the actual cards for sale?
Yes, all the cards are scanned and cataloged. As the scanner is very detailed, the cards may show print lines from the scanner. All cards are in mint condition unless otherwise noted.
- Do you offer returns or refunds if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
All sales are final. If you have an issue, please contact us directly at info@ratedrookies.com.
- Can I request additional photos or information about a specific card?
I always scan the front and back of each card.
- Are your cards authentic?
All cards are licensed from the manufacturer.
Inventory and Availability:
- Do you have a physical store or showroom where I can view your inventory?
All cards are cataloged and viewable on the site.
- How often do you restock your inventory?
We get new cards every week and add them to the site on Wednesdays.
- Are all listed items in stock?
Yes, if it is available for purchase, it is in stock.
- Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming releases?
No preorders are offered as of now.
- Can I be notified when specific cards or products become available?
Check the site every week for all new drops.
Trading and Selling:
- Do you buy sports cards from collectors?
Yes, send an email to info@ratedrookies.com with details and photos of the cards you want to sell, and I will get back to you with an offer.
- What is the process for selling cards on your website?
All cards are penny sleeved and toploaded and scanned.
- Do you offer trading or swapping services for collectors?
Not at this moment.
- Are there any restrictions on the types of cards you accept for trade or sale?
No restrictions as long as the cards are licensed.
Account and Membership:
- Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
If you are to become a regular buyer, it is advised to make an account so that the checkout process is faster and more efficient.
- How do I create or manage my account?
At checkout, it will ask you to checkout as a guest or to log in or create an account.
- Are there any benefits to creating an account or joining a membership program?
Faster checkout.
- How do I reset my password or update my account information?
There is a link for forgotten passwords.
- Is my personal information secure on your website?
All info is encrypted and never sold or given to anyone.
